Returns & Replacements

Please contact customer service, to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization #. You must request a refund 30 days after ordering the product. Shipping costs are NOT refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee (we only take as much as the original shipping cost us), unless of course there is a mistake in your order. When returning merchandise you MUST use an insured shipping service, if not we cannot refund your order until we receive the product
